Shipping Order Time

Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Promotions or Unforeseen Circumstances: During major sales events or due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, logistics delays), processing may take a few additional days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

We offer free shipping for orders all orders in all of the following countries.
United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico);

For an additional shipping fee, we ship to the following countries and regions. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout:

Due to varying customs requirements, our list of deliverable countries may change. Please check your email regularly for order status updates. We may require customers to provide the necessary documents for customs clearance. If shipping regulations prevent delivery, we may issue a refund.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.


Delivery Timeframe

While we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, please note that we do not guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays).

Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse with available stock to ensure faster delivery.

Address Changes

Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours  of placing your order. Address changes are free of charge  during this period.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be successful. If your order has been in transit for several days, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or non-functional item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

CUSTOMS TAXES

When Goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

If import duties and taxes incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don't pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 1 week and after that, if you still haven't paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as additional postage fee for the return. As the Goods will be returned to us we will refund your order but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for the refund of any import duties and taxes that your order may have incurred.


Shipping Product

We only ship brand new products and will try to keep items on our site in stock. If special circumstances cause a logistical delay, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order. If you receive a product that is not artificially damaged or functions abnormally, we will issue a full refund or replacement for this defective product at no additional cost to you.
Please note that if you wish to order multiple items and ship them to different people, please place these as separate orders.

Tracking Order
After we have shipped the order, you can track the package via the order tracking tool. If the customer cannot be reached or does not accept delivery of the product of these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order for our discretion.
